The Galesburg Downtown Development Authority offers several types of grants to residents and business owners in Galesburg in order to help facilitate progress and improvements. Below are the current grants available.


Paint Reimbursement Grant
The paint reimbursement grant is for businesses in downtown Galesburg where the businesses can purchase paint in order to redo any of the exterior of their buildings. If a grant is awarded to the business they can then receive a reimbursement for the amount of paint they purchased for their project up to $250.00. The paint can be purchased through any paint retailer, however, the DDA has special pricing at either the Galesburg Hardware or Sherwin Williams just off Sprinkle Rd. in Kalamazoo.
